The dinner begins with seasonal appetizers, followed by ouriconic dish: “Yazawa yaki” ‒ a generous slice of A5 Wagyu sirloin, perfectly grilled in front of you.
Next, the meat is transferred to a sukiyaki pot, where we prepare a rich hot stew with two premium cuts of beef and seasonal vegetables, served piping hot.
Finally, when the sukiyaki reaches its peak, we serve udon noodles to be cooked in the sweet, flavorful broth enriched by the essence of the meat and vegetables.
The meal concludes with an authentic Nabeyaki Udon.
